The motivation

Unless otherwise noted, all photos were captured with a Nikon Z5 full-frame, mirrorless digital camera, with a Nikkor Z 24-200/4-6.3 VR lens. It’s a starter kit, and I’m a beginner at artistic photography, but I’m having fun with this new hobby and want to share the results with friends and family. The SOP to date for distributing cell phone pictures has been to text the various group chats, but what’s the point of securing 24.3M beautiful pixels if you’re just going to shrink them down to a few kB of data viewed on a small (and potentially cracked) screen? Sharing the photos in a format where they can be appreciated at full-resolution was my motivation for starting this website.
